15-Minute Free Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order within 15 minutes of placing it, at no charge. To cancel, call us immediately at +1 (805) 824-5210 or email Al8yssa4Proct0or@outlook.com with your order number and cancellation request.
After 15 Minutes
Due to our fast processing, orders that have moved past the 15-minute window may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you can still return the items under our 14-day Return & Refund policy once you receive them.
Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
