Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Earrings
- Headbands and hair bands that have direct scalp contact
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at Al8yssa4Proct0or@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer remorse: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
